WHAT'S IT GOING TO COST? Ulster County released a comparative study and found that the per capita spending for general government and found that Ulster County currently is 18.76% higher in Ulster County than 8 similar counties with a County Executive. Click HERE for the report. The Proposed Charter offers the county an opportunity to achieve greater efficiencies and fiscal prudence. Ultimately, what government costs is what the voters permit.
